Product Manager

GENESIS Fund Management Joint Stock Company is looking for the Product Manager.

1. Job description

  • In charge of planning, implementing and developing new products and services (portfolio management, member funds, open-ended funds, etc.) according to the development plan;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with authorities, partners, internal departments and customers to serve the work during product deployment;
  • Design commission mechanism, cooperation mechanism and operation with partners;
  • In charge of implementing, implementing and monitoring periodic reports on activities, evaluating the performance of the portfolio and fund at the request of management agencies, internal companies or to serve requests. of cutomer;
  • Responsible for or coordinating with relevant departments in developing and periodically updating product offers, market reports, customer letters etc; plan marketing and advertising programs, communication about the product when necessary;
  • Development and personnel training of the Investment Department.

2. Job requirements

  • Graduated from regular university or higher majoring in corporate finance, banking, auditing, investment, securities …
  • Having a fund management or asset management practice certificate in countries that are members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD); or having taken an exam to achieve an international certificate in CFA investment analysis level II (Chartered Financial Analyst level II), or CIIA level II (Certified International Investment Analyst – Final level) is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the financial & securities sector at large domestic and foreign companies and organizations; have 2-3 years of experience implementing fund products: member funds, open-ended funds, ETFs, etc …; grasp the legal requirements, procedures, and conditions for implementing related products
  • Having extensive relationships with banks, securities companies and other companies in the same industry
  • Good leadership, planning and implementation skills
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, good teamwork
  • Ability to arrange and handle work in high pressure conditions
  • Fluency in English
